If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
We do not offer returns on purchases. Chocolate, as a food item, is difficult to ship and transport, so there is no real avenue for returns. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase please let us know and we will work with you to make sure you are happy and have a reasonable opportunity to try something new.
If you are not happy with your product within 10 days of delivery let us know. We do not offer full refunds for our chocolate unless it is truly defective. Melted product is not considered defective and not eligible for refund. If there is a non-melting related issue that amounts to a manufacturing error or fault on our part, let us know and we will process a refund, store credit, or re-delivery.
We use whichever carrier (USPS, UPS or FEDEX) is best suited relative to the weight and the destination. We have software that actively helps us determine which option is best for each order.
